All Potty Sniffer kits come standard with 15′ each of tubing, button switch cable, and power cable.
The Sniffer system uses standard tubing and cable specifications that are available at major home improvement retailers.

STEP 3: Determine tubing and cable length requirements and ADD extra length if needed
Standard lengths included with kits will normally be enough for situations where the toilet, exhaust connection, electrical outlet, and intended location for the Sniffer pump are within 10′ of each other.

Add an extra 15′ of tubing and 15′ of button switch cable for any of the following install scenarios:
- IF the Sniffer pump will be located in the attic and connected to a sanitary vent stack pipe
- IF the Sniffer pump will be located in the basement and placed on the floor or positioned farther away to a location where the pump operating noise will be less intrusive (e.g. with the HVAC)
- IF the exhaust connection or Sniffer pump will be located in a garage
- IF the Sniffer pump tubing needs to be routed through a crawl space
