The smart design of the Potty Sniffer system allows for individual Sniffer pumps to be joined together to form a pump cluster that can be installed centrally within a home or commercial building. Sniffer pump clusters can share power and combine exhaust air into a single 1/2″ tubing line that connects to sanitary DWV plumbing pipes or vented directly outside. Toilets can be located 100′ away using 1/2″ polyethylene (LDPE) tubing for main tubing runs and 3/8″ flexible PVC for toilet and pump connections.
By locating the Sniffer pump cluster with the home’s standard HVAC equipment, each bathroom can be provided with silent and effective toilet odor ventilation while minimizing the number of exhaust points and power outlets required for whole home coverage. An optional motion sensor kit can be used to turn the system ON automatically allowing for transparent operation.
A Sniffer system is more effective than a regular bathroom fan for eliminating odors and is the perfect solution for powder rooms, water closets, shared facilities and spaces. A Sniffer system is less costly to install than a bathroom exhaust fan and can reduce the number of exterior wall penetrations needed for bathroom venting.
