Description
Sniffer pump cluster kits for whole home “central vac” style installation for new construction builds. Pump clusters can be located with the building mechanical (HVAC) equipment, garage, or similar location where pump operation may be isolated. Power supply and 1/2″ exhaust tubing run may be shared by up to 3 pumps. Review our Whole Home / New Construction Installation Guide for additional information.
Each kit includes the following items, with QTY according to the number of pumps:

- Sniffer pump cluster assembly (pumps + joining brackets)
- (1 per pump) Tubing holder clip – for simplified standard overflow pipe style air intake
- (1 per pump) Illuminated pushbutton switch
- (1 per pump) Pump hanger bracket
- (1 per pump) Wall receptacle for clip in push-to-connect straight fitting
- (1 per pump) 3/8″ straight push-to-connect connector fitting
- (2 per pump) 1/2″ to 3/8″ straight reducer push-to-connect connector fitting
- (1 per pump) 1/2″ elbow push-to-connect connector fitting
- (1 set per pump) Switch cable terminal connectors (plug + socket)
- (1 for every 2 pumps) 12VDC power supply, 5ft power cable
- (1 for every 2 pumps) Power cable jumper assembly, 2ft lead
- (1 for every 2-3 pumps) Exhaust manifold assembly (1/2″x3/8″x1/2″ push-to-connect tee, tubing stub, and 1/2″ plug)
- (10′ per pump) 3/8″ O.D. antimicrobial tubing, for air intake to wall outlet connection, and pump/manifold connections
- Hardware installation kit (tank spacers, zip ties & adhesive mounts, plugs)
Purchase separately: air intake shroud (if required), exhaust fittings, switch cable, and tubing (main lines). These will depend on the toilet overflow pipe configurations and exhaust tubing run requirements for your specific project.
The tubing holder clip style intake will provide acceptable performance and simple setup for standard overflow pipe equipped toilets.
